Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Field: Production Arrangement¡BPlanning and Human Resource Allocation
It is the best days in my career life since I started working for PSC. Everything began from "zero" during the beginning of this new factory. We built every flow and system from basic production material plan, allocation, and human resource management to production arrangement and utilization plan. All of these came from brain storming between various people. We were very excited to see that we have achieved every goal, which was thought to be too difficult to do at first.
The training course of PSC is systematic and complete with clear learning objectives. I believe it is a wonderful environment for PSC freshman. If you join PSC, you will realize how we achieve ¡uMission accomplished¡v like the FedEx commercial by cooperation as a group. And last, it is really my pleasure to have the chance to work here as a member of PSC!

Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Field: Photo Process
From the beginning, I was deeply attracted by PSC's working atmosphere. It was filled with creativity and conscientiousness throughout the company. In the SBIP, maybe the most boring job is being an engineer; in particular, the engineering department's daily pace is very tight. Everyone stands fast at his post in order to smooth the production line and to improve the production yield. Therefore, it is easy for the engineering department to sink into routine procedure where originality can't seem to be put into operation. However, during these five years in PSC, we shared out the works and cooperated with one another, making our job more interesting, and let the engineering originality stand the test through reasonable performance. PSC is a young company and needs to face many unknown challenges in the area of semiconductor process technology. For the career freshman who wants affirmation and learning from work, PSC provides not only a job but also a chance of growth.

Through department training and training held within PSC, I've learned a lot of professional knowledge and operational modes that my job requires. Job title: Engineer (military service)
Job field: New Process Evaluation
Taking military service in a company is a different way to contribute to my country. Choosing a right company I can learn from and grow I decided to join PSC on Jan. 2004. Even though semiconductor wasn't my field, I was still able to be on track after series of systematic training. And, with great support from colleagues and superior I, a career freshman, adopted this new environment almost without any conflict.
The main reason I choose PSC is due to my interests in memory devices. Memory plays a key role in computer and other electronic related products, not only due to its competitiveness in technology but also in production cost and pace. Every changing step of memory may take the electronic industry to the next generation. At present, PSC's main product is DRAM; however, as the flash market grows, PSC also aims to be aggressive in flash related application.
My job is to evaluate the new process, to stabilize its operation, optimize production and control cost efficiency. To ensure the development of product and process we not only rely on professional knowledge, experience, total concentration but also self-dedication and cooperation between departments. PSC not only provides pre-job training and professional courses but also holds club activities, provides literary resources and after-hours outings to enrich and balance employees' life and work. These activities give us the chance of relaxation, preparing and energizing us, so that we will be ready for the next challenge.
